1. Who we are

SnoopyFrog is a B2B sales engagement platform operated for tenants (workspaces) that connect their business messaging channels. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use the product at snoopyfrog.lacuevadelsapo.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email and authentication identifiers (e.g. Supabase / Google sign-in).
• Meta / Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp connection data: OAuth tokens, Page and professional account IDs, display names, and webhook message metadata needed for inbox and campaign workflows.
• Campaign & contact data: contacts and conversation content that tenants upload or receive through connected channels.
• Technical logs: request metadata required to operate, secure, and debug the service.

3. How we use data

We use data only to:

• Provide inbox, campaigns, and account connection features requested by the tenant.
• Authenticate users and protect the service.
• Process inbound messages delivered by Meta webhooks for the tenant's connected Pages.
• Improve reliability and support (with tenant-authorized access).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Meta platform data to build unrelated ad profiles.

4. Meta Platform data

When a tenant connects Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp via Meta Login, we receive tokens and messaging data under Meta's Platform Terms. That data is used solely to provide the SnoopyFrog features the tenant enabled (connect accounts, receive inbox events, display conversations). Tenants can disconnect channels in Accounts; disconnection stops new OAuth use of that channel.

5. Retention & deletion

We retain workspace data while the tenant account is active and as needed for security and legal obligations. Tenants may request deletion of their workspace data by contacting us (see below) or via the dedicated instructions at snoopyfrog.lacuevadelsapo.com/data-deletion. After deletion or disconnection, tokens and channel bindings are revoked or removed from active use.

6. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the product (hosting, auth, database) under contractual safeguards, and when required by law. Meta receives OAuth and webhook traffic as part of the connection the tenant authorizes.
